The first important document is the Madhyamik or Equivalent Admit Card. This document should be Self Attested and uploaded in PDF format. The maximum file size should not exceed 300 KB.
Applicants also need their Madhyamik or Equivalent Mark Sheet / Certificate of Educational Qualification. This document must also be Self Attested, in PDF format, with a maximum file size of 300 KB.
A Copy of Aadhaar Card and Copy of Voter Card are also required. Both documents should be Self Attested and converted into PDF format. The maximum allowed file size for each document is 300 KB.
Another important document is the First Page of the Bank Passbook. Applicants should keep a clear copy of the first page of their passbook, showing the necessary bank account details. The document should be Self Attested and uploaded as a PDF file within 300 KB.
If the applicant belongs to SC, ST or OBC category, a copy of the relevant Caste Certificate may also be required. The certificate should be Self Attested and uploaded in PDF format, with a maximum file size of 300 KB.
Apart from these documents, applicants need a Recent Passport Size Photograph and their Signature. The photograph and signature should be uploaded in JPG or PNG format, and the maximum file size for each should be 50 KB.
Finally, applicants must provide a Valid Mobile Number. An OTP / Secret PIN may be sent to the registered mobile number, and the same number can be used for application-related communication.
